Our Mission

Rob Dobson & Associates (RDA) is a small company that has been specifically set up to provide high-calibre, highly experienced practitioners to assist the Australian Department of Defence. RDA domain expertise is in the areas of systems engineering, software engineering and project management. All professional staff have around 20 or more years experience as professional engineers with around ten to fifteen of those years with Australian, US, UK and French Defence Industries. All staff have outstanding performance records in their fields as will be attested to by our customers.

RDA staff’s industry experience and commercial awareness allows them to understand industry’s point of view, to communicate very clearly with industry and to establish close and effective relationships with industry.

RDA does not operate as a "body-shop" that simply contracts staff into projects, without taking on some ownership of the success of the project. The contracting of any of our professional staff automatically gains commitment of all RDA resources to the success of that project.
