Program/Project Management

RDA offers staff with Program/Project Management expertise developed in industry and government, as acquirer and supplier, allowing RDA to understand both sides of the contractual equation.

RDA staff have experience in key roles on large projects such as industry project manager, cost account manager, bid manager or departmental Project Director.

Since 1999, RDA staff have significantly contributed to the development of project strategies, plans, schedules and cost estimates for Defence major projects. Our staff have then supported Commonwealth Project Directors in monitoring and controlling projects throughout the capability life cycle.

In Defence, RDA has led the development of policy, process and training in areas including the Smart Buyer Framework, project risk management, cost estimation, systems engineering, work breakdown structure development and Independent Assurance (Gate) Reviews.
